Recall.

Have been so busy with life that June is ending but yet this is my second entry of the month. Sigh. Oh well. Have been into deep thought this whole month especially for the past week. I am about to enter a new chapter of my life: I'm getting reaffirmed. After all these past 15 or so years of my life, seeing adults part taking in the Holy Communion, I am finally about to be able to part take in it. Seems like time passes so fast. Am I really ready for it?

Got a chance to be part of the organizing comm for this academic year's SPSU AGM as the Treasurer. Wasn't really busy during the prep pe say cause what does the treasurer got to do other than allocating the budget? Nonetheless, I tried to help out wherever I could during the event itself. And that included me running in my pair of raw heels to and fro from union to LT4A quite a number of times. And mind you, the route to LT4A is not only one of a long distance but also full of obstacles - STAIRS. Imaging me running up stairs in NEWLY BOUGHT HEELS. My gosh. Got a small blister on my toes after the whole event.

Have been really upset about the results that I've gotten back. You know the feeling when you see your marks and you thought "Hey, not bad!" but then you were instantly slapped in the face by reality and it tells you "Oh yeah?" and you realized most of your friends scored better than you. Now you wonder if you're performing below average. Zero distinctions. Wasn't what I planned for. My most confident subject actually scored the lowest. Could be God's calling for me to start relying on His strength instead.

My previous maid has finally came back! The one before was a really dirty maid I couldn't stand her. Urgh. I sound like a spoilt brat complaining but seriously she's just so lazy and dirty! My room used to be sooo clean but ever since she came, my feet turns black when I walk around my room for a few min. OHMYGOODNESS. Really happy to see my previous maid back when I saw her yesterday. Gave her a biggggg hug. This. Plus seniors said that AGM was really successful. Really made me happy. But once in awhile, the exam results just pops up in my mind that it stings me a little now and then.

But all in all, very thankful for those seniors that came and support us and also a special mention to Zhiyi Mindy and Joel for dropping by! Really, really thankful. :)
