Legal.

So this seems like my first post of the year! Have been oh-so-busy ever since it turned 2015. Alright let's start from the very first day of the year.

Was surprised by Emil, Doreen, Qiyin and Mark at my doorstep when they came to my house at 31 December 2359 with a cake.

Emil had to leave at 1+ so the rest of them stayed back. And because they couldn't rush in time for the last train, so they stayed over all the way to the first train. Spent the whole time chatting. Then we decided to climb to Kent Ridge Park just in time for the first day break of 2015.

Thank you all for the birthday and well wishes. I have read everyone of them. Really appreciate even the shortest text to wish me a happy birthday.

We made it through the day!

Historical moment I must record down. So on normal public holidays my family always go out to gai gai and shop. And then suddenly my brother asked me to walk with Ion to him (we were at Metro). WHY? I asked. To get me a pair of Converse he said. Cause I threw away my old pair of cream converse at Vietnam when it was soiled beyond redemption. Prices have raised over the years, and I honestly preferred the older design as compared to the new one. But all is well and good, I can finally wear sneakers with jeans again. Thank you Brother for my first ever birthday present from you.

So Jingqiau just came back from Aussieland for her summer break! Her family held a small gathering and she invited a few of us to her new home. So glad to see the girls after so long again. Caught up with old friends who were not in this picture like Lucas, Jiashen and Katherine too.

And then we come to the most hectic period of the year for CCOM! OPEN HOUSE. It was rather stressful for us leaders cause there were so many things to settle and making sure our appointed younger leaders were doing their jobs right.

"Never to forget to have some fun, even when you're doing the most stressful things!" - Hui En

I was looking elsewhere, Shing was adjusting her hair. But it was an unexpectedly glam shot.

So my finance girls came to surprise me when it was the closing of SPOH Day 0. Even though it was a last minute decision on their part, but I really didn't expect that they would do something for me. We aren't really close per se, but I was really touched when they did so much for me, and even called me their finance lao bu. Awwwww... :-") Thank you so much girls!!

SPOH Day 1 internal bus guide partner. Diva Xuan.

Yet another candid.

Was off duty on the last day of SPOH, but went to meet up with my sushis to celebrate the end of the biggest event that we were in charge of, on CCOM's side.

Cause I was the odd one out....

But nonetheless, really enjoyed this whole journey together as leader with them.

Oh yah, I forgot to include that actually in the afternoon, I was with these bunch of people. A short meet up and I wouldn't consider it as a catch up, but good enough for now. Glad to know that they are all doing well in their lives.

Okay... So I met him just recently at Jingqiau's house but we could only afford a better picture when we met up here. HAHAHA.

What can I say man... Still as shaoye as ever, ever since he moved up to J1.

So wow. An intern teacher currently?!?!?! HELLO MR NG!! HAHAHAHAH.

He became more sturdy and macho!! NS really does wonders to boys man...

Specially went over from JEM to IMM just to visit him at work!

We will never be complete without her around us.

Was missing yuanxing for this time's gathering. Tsk tsk, busy with his new girl. But it's alright, WE'LL MEET UP SOON AND CATCH UP THEN.

So... another historical moment happened. Went for Cats the musical with my brother and I was sponsored by papa as a form of reward for my past sem's results. DID MY BRO JUST WILLINGLY POSE FOR A PHOTO WITH ME?! And he was smiling too.

So towards the end of the intermission, the cats came out to teased the audiences. Thank you, dear actor for being so sporty and willing to pose for the selfie as soon as I whipped out my phone!

Got invited to OCS Alpha Wing Social Night. Honestly, I don't know what's the hype over being invited to Social Night. All my friends going crazy about it when they heard I got invited. But frankly, I went only because Ben couldn't find other girls who could make it. Technically I couldn't make it too, but I excused myself an hour earlier from Korean class so that I could go for this event.

Mad rush. Was picked up at 638, flew home to shower, change and make up, then flew to SAFTI and reached at 735. Round of applause for me pls.

Bumped into Ode and Jing there!!

Everyone there honestly looked super old man... I felt so young and out of the place. Sigh...

Met a DME senior that I've never seen before in SP but apparently he was quite a good friend of Ben. Hello Zhipeng!

Made a new friend there called Grace! Wow she was just so pretty I just can't.

So Grace was Xiuzheng's date and Xiuzheng was Ben's best friend. And the 4 of us basically just hung out together the whole of social night. And while the guys were busy taking group photos and all, we 2 girls were left to talk to each other. Even though we didn't chat non-stop, but I was glad I didn't feel super awkward around her at those times we weren't talking, but just watchin the people around us. She was such a nice girl.

And thank you Xiuzheng for the ride back home!

So after all your relentless beggings, I finally conceded and decided to help you and be your date for Social Night, if not I'd be guilty if you had to stay in camp for 3 weekends just because you didn't bring a date. But was really pleasantly surprised with all those gifts you prepared for me. The bouquet of roses were really pretty till even Jing was jealous that it was prettier than the ones her bf gave her. :P And your gifts of appreciation, along with the handmade card. Really appreciate all the effort you go through just to make sure it was a pleasant experience for me. Thank you Ben!

Receiving my first ever bouquet in my life. Even though it's from a friend, this deserves some commemoration.

So that's all for my eventful first half of January!
