The time's 6:11pm now. The sky seems so dark for this hour of the day.

Have been rewatching this drama called Endless Love (愛∞無限) since yesterday. Habits of mine when rewatching dramas: skipping a lot of parts of the drama and only watching the interaction between the leads of the show. Skipped a lot of the front part where JingHao and RuiEn met and fell in love. But I think I watched almost all of the back parts of the episodes. And I saw Will Pan crying in almost all the episodes.

Yep, after finishing this drama in Sec 3, I thought the cast and plot were both good. Espeically loved how they subtly incorporated the most important thing that showed the essence of the drama which was the red string throughout the whole drama. Espeically when JingHao and RuiEn first met because his clothes hanger hooked onto her red kitted skirt and they showed how they were connected by this red string which was from her skirt. Quite cool over there, I thought.

However, aside from just remembering it being a good drama, I couldn't really recall the plot very well. So I decided to rewatch it yesterday! Just completed it. Sooooo many of the actors' lines that were either touching or just you know.... AWWWWW. Too sweet. Or it just makes you go "YEAH! Heard that?!"

Oh and all these while the song Under Your Wings have been one of my searches on YouTube once in awhile when I'm in the mood to listen to songs. I know I knew the song from a drama cause it was a part of the OST. But I just couldn't recall which drama it was from until I rewatched this drama. Hehehe. Another doubt solved.

Yep. Another good piece by Director Lin HeLong and Producer Chai ZhiPing. It has not failed to make me cry again like how I did when rewatching Hi My Sweetheart. :)

Just a little.

Woke up with a really sore left arm on Sunday. Must be all the bottle carrying on Saturday during YF outing. Did I mention that one 1.5 litre mineral water to each person. And since most of the stations for object lessons we have to do it in pairs, my left hand pretty much carried the heavy bottle most of the time.

In addition, being a very small drinker that I am, my bottle would probably have been one of the most heavy bottle amongst everyone. Until like the second last station when Hannah told me to give her some more water to lighten my load. Yep, after having sooooo many friends who does sports I can officially come to a conclusion that they are water tanks man. Whether they are actually working out/exercising, their water intake is like WOAH.

Woke up at 430 in the morning cause the mosquito bites are driving me crazy. -scratch scratch scratch- Okay lah, partially also because air con too cold and I felt like peeing. My room has no cream that helps to relieve the itch so I had to climb up to parents' room to take. Didn't want to switch on any light cause I didn't want to wake anyone up. Sat on my bed comfortably, all ready to apply the cream, only to realise that I took the wrong one. Had to gingerlywhere got time the itch was driving me crazy ley make a trip back up and get the right one. Took my handphone along with me as my torchlight cause it wasn't a really bright source of light to wake people up but it could still help me see which tube of cream I was taking.

Arm still really sore when I woke up this morn at 930. Yep. Woke up at 930 to prepare my stuffs needed for baking. So that when mummy's done with lunch cooking and when I'm done with lunch, I don't have to wait for my equipment to dry. Don't have to take out all the ingredients I need from all around the kitchen too. Baked some root beer cupcakes today!!

Basically almost all that I needed for my root beer cupcakes.

Baked them in minis, then I realised that it'll take me forever to finish my batter if I solely made minis. So made a batch of normal sized. Added some semi sweet chocolate chips in the middle so that the whole big cupcake itself won't be too...  jerlat for the eater. But the chocolate all sank to the bottom... :(

Erm... :( HAHAHA Slightly exploded mini from the first batch. Idk why all of them from the first batch exploded on me... But whatever. Bite-sized Minis! ^^ Overall, I the taste of root beer couldn't really be tasted. I guess it was because of the cinamon. But oh well... Though it didn't really turn out to what I expected it to be, it was still quite well received by my family. (HAHAHA, WHAT IF THEY GIVE ME FACE ONLY.) But I thought those bite-sized minis were really addictive. Like you finish one in one mouthful. Then you kind of like it, then you reach for the next piece etc.

괜찮을 것이다... 맞죠?

Hello there! Have been wanting to type in an entry ever since Monday but then the thought of just typing a wordy post and not uploading any pictures deterred me. While looking through my previous blog entries, as of this year, I realised that I really haven't been posting a lot of entries this year. And then a thought came to my mind: "Who cares if I don't have any pictures to upload of my blog. All these years of blogging I haven't been uploading a lot of pictures too. It's just that recently I've got a lot of pictures on hand, which explains the many pictures that I have been uploading on my blog."

So with that thought in mind, I gathered whatever energy, strength, and sanity left of me to type this post. I'm not sure if it's gonna be a short of lengthy one because although I'm gonna type out my thoughts through the days, I'm pretty sure that I'll start to get lazy and use a sentence to sum up a day. Things like these still happen.

Shall start with YF retreat that happened from Friday to Saturday. As mention in the previous post that I'd be going over to church and stay over for the retreat. However, there were major change of plans. Firstly, papa said that he would fetch me to church after the dinner. Then he said to wait for brother so we could go together. BUT. By the time brother reached home, it was already 830. Night activity (or object lesson) was from 8 to 9. So Both of us concluded that it wouldn't be any point to go church then cause after object lessons would just be wash up, dorm fellowship then lights out. So we decided to join them from the second day onwards.

Saturday (14/09)
Was rather nervous ever since the morning because I was gonna chair in the afternoon. Took 51 with brother and it was breakfast time for them when we reached. Kept praying for wisdom to choose the right songs and for forgiveness and asked the Lord to give me the strength to chair well, strip me of all pride and lastly, may all be blessed through my chairing. Songs I've ultimately chosen were: Where your heart is, Draw me nearer, Make me a stranger, I am resolved and closing with the song May the Lord find us faithful. Even after the message, I hear people humming the tunes to the songs that I've picked out. Really thank God that people have been blessed by the singing of those songs, that it may help them meditate better on His word.

Sunday (15/09)
Bro Michael was in charge of singspiration. We sang this song Here is Love. The tune of this hymn(..?) got stuck in my head for the whole day and actually a few days more. Found out it was originally in Welsh. Wow, interesting. It was a really peaceful comforting and assuring hymm. Then the last song for singspiration was May the Lord find us faithful. I don't know but I really felt warm when I sang the song again then after singing it just the day before. Saw all three of them. Teehee.

Monday-Thursday (16/09-19/09)
Monday was papa's official birthday! But since I woke up at like 11+, called him after I had lunch (which was 12+) to wish him a Blessed Birthday! Well usually on the 16 of Septembers my whole life, I've got school. So I'll wish him in the morning during breakie.

As usual, due to my messed up body clock, I was still wide awake at 12, which was officially Tuesday but it was still a Monday for me. Tuesday means results day! Class whatsapp group went crazy. Amusing how everyone was reporting their gpa cause they were mainly complaining about how discontented they were about their gpa. And suddenly every sp students stated getting reeeally active in Twitter. Decided I should sleep first before viewing my results because I would either be too sad to sleep or too ecstatic to sleep. Either way is disadvantageous for me. And furthermore, if I were to be happy about my results, I couldn't immediately share my joy with my parents cause whole house sleep already. Hais. But thanks to the decision that I made, I managed to get a good night's rest. And I was surprisingly not nervous nor anxious to know my results. But it could be cause I've been praying about it and asking the Lord to grant me contentment for results no matter what it may be.

Naturally woke up at 9 on Tuesday. May be too excited to know my results already. REEEEALLY HAPPY WITH MY RESULT. Okay though I thought I could have done better. But nonetheless. Econs was really a shocker. Had to get 92 for the written paper if I was even dreaming of an A cause I apparently messed up my term 1 written paper and project. BUT I GOT AN A. Maybe the lecturer gave me higher participation marks, maybe to get an A got lower. BUT I STILL GOT AN A. Really prayed and prayed for God to give me strength and helped me do my best for Econs. On the other hand, I guess I relied too much on my own strength for FOM with explains a substandard result for FOM. Though I was aiming for a perfect 4 if not at least an 3.9 but I was still really glad with my results. But still, may all the glory go to God for without him, how are such results even possible! Ran around the house and shared my joy with mummy and popo. Then I texted papa. Too lazy to screenshot his reply but he replied "Well done! My dear girl. Keep it up all the way to university. Papa" Hmmm... Apparently from casual conversations with my friends, I realised that parents (or people who are at least 50 and above) love to sign off their SMSes with their names.

Well, for these 4 days, I practically did nothing much except for watching dramas, rotting at home, eating, watching more dramas not possible cause I've ran out of good dramas to watch on Wednesday or so, more rotting at home, more eating.

Friday (20/09)
Couldn't really sleep nor get a good night's rest. Flipped around my bed till (I'm quite positive) around 2 before I slept. Then woke up again cause it was cold at around 4-5 so I switched off my air con and went back to bed. Have difficulty getting back to sleep. But then I somehow managed to sleep till 8 before I got rudely awoken by my alarm clock. Was having a really nice dream then.
Heh heh. Dreamt that he wanted to talk to me and we finally talked for the first time. Like actually have a conversation.

Was late for Acer dance practice together with Shaowen and Dean. I was actually on time for our pior meeting time at 915 and early for the supposed meeting time for Acer at 930. But both Shaowen and Dean were super duper late. Didn't wanna go there alone cause I didn't know anyone there. So I just decided I should wait for them at buona. When either of them are reaching dover in 5 minutes, I'll board the next train.

Was quite awkward at first but then they were a bunch of fun(ny) people. Had fun during the practice!

Went to union for awhile with Dean for him to settle some of his business. Valerie was there so she taught me how to use the forms that Finance department would be using and she gave me a bracelet telling me it's from her and daddy! Thank you!! It's really really preddy and why I like it soooo much is that I FINALLY FOUND/HAVE A BRACELET THAT FITS NICELY ON MY WRIST.

Headed to JP to have lunch at Pizza Hut. WOOOO. Loved it, anytime. :) Then Dean went off to his neighbour's house to teach her poa. Shaowen and I went around JP since it has been soooooo long since we last set foot at JP! Finally used my Makeshake voucher. People either said it is reallyyyyyy good or it is reallyyyyyy bad. My take? Okay lah. Just that it was really annoying at times to suck the ice cream up the straw.

Went to this like beads shop(..?) and with that, Shaowen sparked an interest in me making braclets. Cause the ones we see outside are really really preddy but really really expensive. She convinced me that making a preddy preddy bracelet is possible. I just have to be really really patient. So I bought  some materials and hopefully start making them like next week or so.

Went to vivo and had dinner with Imran, Syazwan, WeiZhang, Glendon, Aravin and Shaowen.

Saturday (21/09)
And so we finally reached today! Woke up early in the morning again so to go for YF outing this morning. Was kind of a little disappointed to see so little people at clementi at first. Cause meet at 10 at Clementi, or 1040 at Rail Mall for those staying closer (or who knew how to go there I guess). Those that I thought who would go weren't at Clementi. But then saw them at Rail Mall when we reached. So... Ah. Hi there. You came. :)

Went to Rail Mall via 154! About 5-6 stations of object lessons. But it was somehow fun and enjoyable although I perspired A LOT and got bitten by mosquitoes A LOT and got bitten by big black ants A LOT too. But I thought it was worth it. Yep, even as I typed this blog post I'm scratching my first knuckle on my right fist. Actually pior to today, I've already gotten 8 mosquito bites on Wednesday or Thursday (I forgot) and they still have yet to subside. And due to wandering around really grassy areas I would call them jungle, I've gotten myself an additional 5 mosquito bites. URGHHHHH. Scratch scratch scratch...

Lunched at Koufu, ate Kou Kay Yong Tau Foo. YAY! Bused home on a 176 with Vanessa. As if going down memory lane once more, recalling all those times studying at Commonwealth. :')

Why not?

Hello! In an attempt to stop being lazy and type an entry. Going to church for September retreat later. But will be reaching late because I'll be having dinner with family first. Dad's chinese birthday today. :) So I baked ice cream bread on Wednesday. Just ice cream and self-rising flour and a lil of strawberry colouring to make the bread pretty. But I didn't have self-rising flour so I had to make my own.

Okay... but quite "exploded" I think it was because of me not mixing the subsituted self-rising flour well enough then more baking powder ended up there and the bread exploded. :(

Have been doing the quotations for the past few days and ohhhhhmygosh. Not a lot of people were willing in helping me. The only really helpful ones were Mingmin and Dean. Really thankful for them. Or at least they sounded really willing and nice when I asked for help. I'm left with the dimensions of the pencil case so that I can ask the suppliers for the quotation, finish the quotation, hand it up to Terry, let him sign, hand it up to DSD, and get back our money. The rest of the people that I asked for help (which was only asking them to measure the pencil case dimensions, that they took, for me) all either act blur act siao or siam or just ignored my text. I mean come on guys, you all don't want your money back? ._. Alright don't wanna talk about this anymore. I'll just take a longer time to complete this.

Had cip yesterday. Slept earlier yesterday (or would I say today) but woke up later than usual.

Throw back to DBA SHIELD. As previously mentioned, it wasn't that awesome but it was a fun time with hwa hwa and quiet girls. :)

The two other ohsix in Black Widow with me. One act blur the other act siao. Jk. Love you guys. HAHAHAHA.

It was supposedly bath time but since we didn't get ourselves dirty nor did we perspire a lot, it was slack time for us. :)

Recently finished watching Monstar, My Lucky Star and Secretly, Greatly.

Firstly, I got to say that I loved the covers the cast did on Monstar. Oh the OST was good too! They were all great. I especially loved the cover they did for 나의 노래 (My Song). Full of hope I guess. Plot wise I thought they could have done better on the ending. While the main focus of the drama is how teenagers or the characters in the drama find comfort and relief from their pain through playing music together, it is however after all a drama, the resolution part wasn't that great, period. It seemed a little too... shallow I would say.

Then I went to My Lucky Star. Yep. Another good drama. HAHAHA TOO LAZY TO ELABORATE BUT YEAH. It was good. HEHEHEH.

I didn't know what to watch next. Happened to stumble upon An Ode to Youth MV by Lee Hyun Woo and realised that Lee Hyun Woo starred in a movie and scenes from the movie used in the MV looked good too. So went in search for the movie, watched it. Wow it was good. Though the English subs weren't that good cause it was being translated from Korean to Indonesian to English but I was still able to get the gist of the movie.

I thought that Kim Soo Hyun portrayed his role as a village idiot really well. Park Ki Woong's hairstyle in the movie kind of annoyed me in the movie. It's different from the poster you see below. And not forgetting I wached the movie for Lee Hyun Woo. HEHEHEHE. The movie managed to bring out the theme of humanity really well and it heartens me to see the closeness of 3 main characters in the movie. How they were willing to even die for each other. The movie gave off a light-hearted feel in the beginning. But the ending was really, really sad though.

Ahhh Lee Hyun Woo is growing up well. ^o^ Can't deny that because of his baby face he can totally pull off that high schooler look perfectly and somehow his face looks to young to act as an adult in dramas (like if there are better faces suited for a certain adult role for a drama, why not for whoever is in charge of picking the actors). While I like all those roles he played as high school students, I hope he lands himself in some a little more adult-ish roles to gain more recognition like Yoo Seung Ho.

Give me suggestions on what drama to watch now guyssss. I think I've really ran out of good dramas to watch. :(

Good evening night! Though I'm not bidding goodbye. Yeah you should get me. Went to West Coast Plaza today to accompany Diana to study for her promos!The initial plan was to meet at 2pm, eat at Pastamania, off to Starbucks and she'll study study study while I'll bring my laptop to watch my dramas till it's around 6 to 7-ish before we head home for dinner. First change of plan was that I decided to bring a book and read instead because:

1. My laptop is too burdenly heavy; a book is much lighter.
2. Need to bring charger if I wanna watch videos; acer batteries have very short lives (this means extra  weight).
3. Need to find a plug in Starbucks which is really difficult since usually places near plugs are always taken up.
4. Need WiFi which I'm not very confident if WCP's Starbucks do provide although I've heard that all Starbucks outlet has free WiFi.
5. I figured it's not that bad after all if I'm finally doing some reading after Os. Like all Iever do I use my laptop ever since holidays started.

Second change of plan was that instead of taking a bus to WCP, dad gave me a lift. YAYZ! Mean I did not have to cross roads yada yada. Getting a lift is always way more convienent that taking public transport! Third change of plan: forgetful Diana left her home, reached the bus interchange, forgot her most important pencil case, went back home, then returned to the bus interchange and cabbed over to WCP. We ended up eating lunch at 3. Burned my time at Popular though. FOR ONE WHOLE HOUR.

Diana wanted to take photos of our food but then since I was so hungry I sort of dissuaded her that the way Pastamania presented their food to us was rather not appealing, it wouldn't turn out good in Instagram. SO HENCE we skipped the photo taking part of our lunch and ATE. NOM NOM NOM. Okay then we went to Starbucks, got my Dark Mocha Frappe, she got her White Choc Mocha (I think...). Met Charmaine and Wenxin there! :)

Like seriously... this photo garnered more than 50 likes on Instagram, like more than me uploading pictures of my friends and I. Don't know to laugh or to cry. Power of Starbucks maybe. Sigh.

Some customers finally left so Diana and I hurried over to grab the window seats. Really really peaceful aand cosy corner.

LBC and DBA SHIELD is over! Finally got the time to sit down and recall all these happenings. Leadership Bonding camp? More like Legs Breaking Camp. Almost anywhere you name, our body parts are sore. Left right hips ache, butt cheeks ache too. You have no idea how hard it was to sleep. I don't recall using much of my hands but they were very sore too. Abdominal area sore. Had a really hard time laughing. What more about legs man. Although I feel much better now ever since camp ended but my hamstrings are still very sore. Everyone laughing at everyone during camp from the second day onwards when we all see each other's faces whenever we sat down or stood up gingerly. HAHAHAH. Epic faces and expressions. Got crowned by Sai Lepak Queen. HAHAHAHA.

LBC started on a Saturday so means Imran was free to come back and visit us! Gave him a big hug when I finally saw him in the afternoon! HEHEH finally a picture of/with him bald. :P Haiyo but my face cui max cause we snapped the picture in the night. And we played 100 seconds in the afternoon. Whole person super shagged with we took the picture. And I don't know why I look so fat here. :( Then gave him a goodbye hug when he was about to leave. He surprised me by lifting me up when he hugged me. Awwww gonna miss you so much ggf. :( Take care in CD.

The above few pictures were taken after our dinner when we were all applying muscle rub to our sore limbs. At first it was just the girls who were posing for the cam. But then when the guys saw, they all joined in. And somehow when the photo was taken, this whole group when on to the table behind and take another photo. Then the cycle repeated till we reached the last table where it was became a group photo of all the campers.

Second day of the camp. I honestly thought that the games we played in the afternoon was kind of fun. Some of them were reused ideas but yet they brought a kind of freshness out. The photo below is my group at full strength at LBC! We're Meowth! ALSO KNOW AS LEPAK GROUP. Ending all our cheers with "MIAO". HAHAHAH. Although I would say we weren't as bonded or chatty as other groups like we can be rather silent during meal times but they're really a great bunch of people. I guess most of us are just slow warmers. The only crazy people were the people from FOC and Hariz. HAHAHA.

And my Mortal for the camp, Guo Ning! I honestly thought I was a good Angel. 3 days of camp, 3 letters and 5 food items. Gave him Premium Redbull with Mystery Mentos, Mint Chocolates with Children Strawberry flavoured Strepsils and lastly, Hershey's Extra Creamy Chocolate Pearls. And my letters weren't even puny foolscap paper but I used paper from my Paper Market collection. Teehee. Glad he liked all of them. TOO BAD IF HE DOESN'T, HE STILL HAS TO. HAHAHAHAH.

The next day was DBA SHIELD aka DBA Bonding Day. Had a hard time getting myself out of bed just to go to back to SB again. Like I've been there for the past 3 days because of LBC and now I've got to roll my way to Dover again with all my muscle aches to attend this event.

Pfft. Think like aabout one-third to half of the DBA freshies who signed up didn't turn up. They had too merge some groups together in the end. My group was Black Widow. Apparently about 80-90% of the seniors were Year 3s. Ohmygosh really couldn't tell. Thought they were all Year 2s! But they were all nice people. :)

Waiting for the pictures to be sent in the whatsapp group that has yet to be created or uploaded somewhere where I can find and kope it and post it here. HEHEHE.

With every camp tee lies at least one very fond memory.
